General Terms and Conditions

Registration & Payment

Enrollment: To enroll in an Intentional Acting online class, participants must complete the registration form and submit payment in full (or first payment of the payment plan when applicable) before the class start date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered once the class has begun. If you must cancel prior to the start of the class, a refund may be issued, minus a non-refundable processing fee.

Payment Plans:
By enrolling in this program, the attendee agrees to pay the full tuition amount, whether paid in full or through a payment plan. All payments are non-refundable and required in full, regardless of the attendee’s participation, attendance, or completion of the program. If the attendee selects a payment plan, payments must be made on or before the scheduled due dates. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to classes, materials, or coaching sessions until the account is brought current.

In the event of default, the full remaining balance of the tuition will become immediately due and payable. The attendee will be responsible for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and related expenses.

2. Class Content & Materials

Access to Class Materials: You will have access to all course content, including class recordings, scripts, worksheets, and other related materials for the duration of the course. Access may be revoked if you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the Class (videos, worksheets, etc.) are the intellectual property of Loren E. Chadima and Intentional Acting. These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.Usage of Class Content: You may use class recordings and materials for personal reference and development but may not use them for commercial purposes.

3. Class Participation & Code of Conduct

Active Participation: To maximize your learning experience, you are encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and engage with the instructor and fellow students.Behavioral Expectations: All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all class settings, whether in live sessions, group discussions, or on community platforms.Harassment Policy: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Class without a refund.

4. Online Class Etiquette & Technology

Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a stable internet connection, a device capable of accessing the class platform, and any necessary software (e.g., Zoom, etc).Technical Issues: While we strive to minimize technical issues, the instructor or hosting organization is not responsible for any connectivity issues or other technical difficulties on your end. If you miss a class due to technical issues, make-up options may be offered, but are not guaranteed.Recording & Participation: Classes may be recorded for educational purposes and available to registered participants. Your participation in class indicates your consent to be recorded, unless you specifically request otherwise.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Privacy of Participants: All personal information shared during registration or within the course will be kept private and confidential, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.Confidentiality Agreement: You agree to keep any confidential information shared within the class (such as personal stories, acting techniques, or other proprietary content) private and not to disclose it outside of the class setting without the express permission of the owner.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

General Disclaimer: The instructor and the hosting organization make no representations or warranties regarding the specific results of your participation in the Class. Acting skills and career advancement are subjective and depend on various factors, including your individual effort, commitment, and external circumstances.Liability: By participating in this class, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the instructor, the hosting organization, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or professional outcomes.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that the instructor must cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the class will be rescheduled or a credit/refund issued.Student Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and circumstances, rescheduling may be allowed, but refunds are not typically offered for missed classes.

8. Class Expiration

Classes are scheduled and must be completed within the time frame designated at the time of registration. Extensions may not be possible for online classes unless specifically stated by the instructor.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through the class platform.

Terms and Conditions

for Use of Pictures and Recordings for Marketing Purposes

By participating in Intentional Acting Online Classes or by providing any media (including, but not limited to, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings) to Intentional Acting, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your image, voice, and likeness:

1.. Grant of Permission

By attending, participating in, or submitting media (e.g., photos, videos, audio), you grant Intentional Acting the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform your image, likeness, and/or voice in connection with marketing, advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes.This permission includes but is not limited to use in social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, presentations, email campaigns, and other forms of digital and print media.

2. Scope of Use

Media Formats: The media may be used in various formats, including (but not limited to) print, digital, and electronic formats.Duration: Your permission for use of the media is granted indefinitely, unless otherwise specified in writing. Intentional Acting may use the media without time limitations.No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any financial compensation, royalty, or other payment for the use of your image, likeness, voice, or media.

3. Right to Edit and Alter

Intentional Acting reserves the right to edit, crop, alter, or otherwise modify the media as it sees fit for its marketing purposes. This includes combining your media with other materials or content.

4. Waiver of Rights

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising, or promotional materials that may be created from the media, as well as any claims for compensation or other rights that may arise from the use of your image, voice, or likeness.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

Intentional Acting will take reasonable steps to ensure that any media used complies with privacy and confidentiality regulations. However, by agreeing to the terms, you understand that there are no guarantees regarding the confidentiality of the media once published, especially on public platforms such as social media.

6. Revocation of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for future use of your image, voice, or likeness by submitting a written request to [email protected]. However, please note that your revocation will not apply to media already used or published before the request was made. Once the media has been published or used, it may not be possible to remove it from all platforms.

7. No Obligation to Use

Intentional Acting is under no obligation to use or publish any of the media provided, and you acknowledge that any such use is at the sole discretion of Intentional Acting.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intentional Acting and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise from the use of your image, likeness, voice, or media, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Intentional Acting, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
